Our sleep skills program empowers you to teach your family healthy sleep habits to ensure everyone is getting the rest they need.
This focused program takes a bio-behavioral approach to identifying and treating sleep problems.
Sleep goals of the program include:
falling asleep quickly
staying asleep through the night
rising without trouble each morning
Our sleep goals can be accomplished whether you want to continue to co-sleep, have a complex schedule, or have a long history of bedtime battles.
The healthy sleep skills program begins with an assessment of current sleep skills. Next, your consultant creates an individualized sleep program and reviews everything with you.
Throughout the sleep program you will have consultant coaching sessions where you're shown teaching steps, can ask questions, and can work through any difficulties that may arise.
All progress is tracked and available to view through a HIPPA-compliant digital app. You can also upload videos to ask your consultant questions or receive feedback between sessions.
Sessions may take place virtually through tele-health or in your home.
